Career framework: the four pillars
The RCM's career framework provides a profession specific career structure for RCM members, their employers and educators across the United Kingdom.
The framework is built on the four pillars of education, clinical practice, management and research with leadership placed centrally across the four pillars as we believe leadership is everyone’s responsibility and is an important part of everyone’s role.
