The Introductory Stewards Training : Part 2 is a practical, engaging two-day course designed to build your confidence in handling disciplinary and grievance cases.

Using a flipped learning approach, you’ll need to complete this short i-learn module beforehand, then use the course days to put your knowledge into action with guided, hands-on learning.

This short pre-learning covers disciplinary and grievance and includes a quiz at the end of each, both of which need to receive a PASS grade (80%).

Once you have acheived the requirements, you can claim and download your certificate which will allow you to book onto the 2 day face to face element of the training.
